All pre-orders will ship once they arrive. Some items may be delayed due to circumstance out of Fame's Diecast's control.

If there are any major issues or cancellations from the manufacture, you will be notified via refund immediately.

Pre-Ordering an item from our website means that we will reserve stock for you and ship your order as soon as the model completes production.

Pre-Orders are all paid in full up front. Once the product arrives, it will ship immediately and you will be notified via email with your tracking information.

 Unfortunately we don't allow cancellations on pre orders. We place our orders based on our pre order sales and if everyone cancelled their pre orders we would be stuck with items we received to fill the orders. We appreciate your understanding on this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience.
